No64 P&P, Delivery & Refund Policy
DELIVERY RATES, UK MAINLAND
To simplify this part of the process No64 offer the following charging structure for standard delivery, normally 2-5 working days, to our UK mainland customers:
- For orders under £25.00 delivery is £3.95
- For orders from £25.00 - £75.00 delivery is £5.95
- For orders over £75.00 delivery is FREE OF CHARGE*
These minimum charges are designed for you to maximise the delivery cost side of your purchases as it covers your whole order, not each item, and so the more you order the more cost effective delivery becomes.
Orders placed before 4.30pm are normally packed and dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 4.30pm will normally be packed on the same day, but collected the following day.
'Express 48' Delivery ** (UK mainland only). Order before 2pm on Monday to Friday for 'Express 48' delivery (1-2 days).
- For orders under £25.00 'Express 48' delivery is £6.50
- For orders from £25.00 - £75.00 'Express 48' delivery is £7.95
- For orders over £75.00 delivery is FREE OF CHARGE* (Standard delivery only, for 'Express 48' there is an additional charge of £9.95)
PLEASE NOTE: COVID-19 is also affecting our wonderful couriers, which is obviously out of our hands, and so we ask you to please be patient.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery during extremely busy periods, such as Christmas, may take slightly longer.
Deliveries to non-UK mainland destinations
We deliver our products all over the world. Simply place your online order, our site will then take your payment for your item only and inform you that we will contact you with the best quote for delivery that day (via our courier broker partner and local postal service).
We are happy to share with you the quotes we receive and for you to decide which you prefer, this will also include a variation of delivery times across the different couriers. We do not add anything for this service, whether it be to UK mainland or internationally, we are simply looking to cover our costs to ship our products to our customers around the world.
If you are happy we will send you a PayPal invoice, or you can request to send us a bank transfer, and we will send you your purchase. If you are not happy with delivery costs we will refund your full purchase price without question.

* The delivery times, and charges, on some large or bulk orders may vary. If an item fits the description of 'oversized, or even prohibited' when we enter the data into our courier broker portal we will get in touch with you to discuss the way forward. There maybe additional charges for shipping for oversize, or heavy items, including additional insurance costs which we need to pass on, or share the cost with you. All individual cases will be handled as or when they arise on their merits, we hope you understand that we need to add this clause.
** 'Express 48' orders placed on a Friday (before 2pm) will arrive on Monday. However there are certain times, such as Christmas and currently, COVID-19, when certain courier firms will start to operate 7 days per week and therefore orders 'could' arrive sooner. However, we (No64 Biscuit House) cannot guarantee early deliveries; our standard delivery days apply at all times.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We're sure you'll be delighted with your purchases from No64 but we understand that there are occasions when you may wish to return items, such as if a parcel arrives damaged or faulty.
In this case, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order on 01590 643765, or by email at Customer Care. We do however pride ourselves on our commitment to the highest levels of customer service and will consider cases on a case by case basis, subject to the situation, after this period.
With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for return postage. Once you have contacted us, you must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to return and not use them.
Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use insured registered delivery, and keep the Proof of Posting receipt, as we cannot be responsible for return parcels that fail to reach us.
In order to qualify for a refund, the returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, undamaged and in the original packaging. All fragile items must be securely packaged.
Please note that large unwanted items will need to be collected by one of our couriers and the cost for this will be deducted from your refund - simply call us on 01590 643765 and a member of our team will be able to advise you.

Christmas Refund Policy
To help you with your Christmas shopping, any products purchased from the 1st December can be returned up to 14th January. This means you can shop early without worrying and should they need it, this will give the gift recipient extra time to return unwanted presents.
The extended Christmas returns period applies to all products that can normally be returned for exchange or refund, in line with our usual returns policy. Any purchases made from the 1st January onwards will be eligible for the normal returns period.
Our Recycling Policy
At No64 we are trying to do our little bit to help the environment by recycling all our packaging. This means that your goods may not be packed in a brand new box every time, but all of our packaging is clean and fit for re-use.
All of the team take pride in making sure that you will be delighted from the moment you open the parcel.
