No64 P&P, Delivery & Refund Policy

 

DELIVERY RATES, UK MAINLAND

To simplify this part of the process No64 offer the following charging structure for standard delivery, normally 3-5 working days, to our UK mainland customers:

  • For orders under £20.00 delivery is £3.95
  • For orders over £20 delivery is £7.50
  • For orders over £75.00 delivery is FREE OF CHARGE*

These minimum charges are designed for you to maximise the delivery cost side of your purchases as it covers your whole order, not each item, and so the more you order the more cost effective delivery becomes.

* The delivery times on some large or bulk orders may vary.

Orders placed before 2pm are normally packed and dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm will normally be packed and dispatched the following day.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK mainland only). Order before 12pm on Monday to Thursday for delivery the next working day.

  • For orders under £20.00 Next Working Day delivery is £5.95
  • For orders over £20 Next Working Day delivery is £9.95
  • For orders over £75.00 Next Working Day delivery is FREE OF CHARGE*

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery during extremely busy periods, such as Christmas, may take slightly longer.

 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We're sure you'll be delighted with your purchases from No64 but we understand that there are occasions when you may wish to return items, such as if a parcel arrives damaged or faulty.

In this case, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order on 01590 643765, or by email at Customer Care. We do however pride ourselves on our commitment to the highest levels of customer service and will consider cases on a case by case basis, subject to the situation, after this period.

With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for return postage. Once you have contacted us, you must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to return and not use them.

Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use insured registered delivery, and keep the Proof of Posting receipt, as we cannot be responsible for return parcels that fail to reach us.

In order to qualify for a refund, the returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, undamaged and in the original packaging. All fragile items must be securely packaged.

Please note that large unwanted items will need to be collected by one of our couriers and the cost for this will be deducted from your refund - simply call us on 01590 643765 and a member of our team will be able to advise you.

Christmas Refund Policy

To help you with your Christmas shopping, any products bought from the 1st December can be returned up to 14th January.

This means you can shop early without worrying and should they need it, this will give the gift recipient extra time to return unwanted presents.

The extended Christmas returns period applies to all products that can normally be returned for exchange or refund, in line with our usual returns policy.

Any purchases made from the 1st January onwards will be eligible for the normal returns period.

 

Our Recycling Policy

At No64 we are trying to do our little bit to help the environment by recycling all our packaging. This means that your goods may not be packed in a brand new box every time, but all of our packaging is clean and fit for re-use. All of the team take pride in making sure that you will be delighted from the moment you open the parcel.
