Giving a renovated property a stylish homely feel helped it to sell in a few weeks after months on the market with no interest
It needed a little bit of love
I was called to help with a property that had been renovated and on the market for a while unfurnished. It needed a little bit of love, some furniture and items to make it feel home.
I needed to make the renovated house feel like a home
I walk around the house doing the arty thing, hands gesturing as I explain what I feel will be needed to make the house a home to sell.
Mood boards help communicate the vision
Again mood boards are produced to my client for an understanding of what my 'look' will be for the property interior. Once approved its then the process of ordering furniture and propping, arranging delivery and packing up many boxes.
Then the fun bit starts, the styling. Music on, head in my arty place... I style. A few weeks later the house has a buyer.
